COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tyco 22RJCC1000GSIL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Oem-Trane products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tempo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Oem-Trane such as the 229927L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 945371 manufactured by Tempo and we are pleased to be able to service most Tempo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30HUGF32W2VF by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand P127 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schweitzer such as 035161535542XX equipment made by Schweitzer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schweitzer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schweitzer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LC1F265F7 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular 3TK28020AC2 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 236ABXP200 by Struthers-Dunn and 035161535542XX spares by Schweitzer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GV100004V00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teledyne. |
