COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique XPS-FB XPSFB5111 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pop products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teco-Drainac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pop such as the PRN625 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6ES73327ND020AB06ES73327ND020AB0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F1000B by Manufacturer Teco-Drainac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Crydom Brand CD4850W1V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 3RK11051BE042CA0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0520023 made by Reliance as well as the popular XPSDME1132P original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F08141F0462008790412 by Siemens and 3RK11051BE042CA0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8501CO16V20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
