COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Telemecanique LP1K0901BD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kmc such as the BAC120063CW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MEB4036 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 264C901A07 by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand 288B940A11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 1529F93A07 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T77U03D made by Joslyn-Clark as well as the popular 50441 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AZ7432C18DE by American-Zettler and 1529F93A07 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 809A09E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
