COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 3TK2805-0BB4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ami products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warrick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ami such as the 70794 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSQB200R manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1H1D4 by Manufacturer Warrick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warrick Brand 1H1D0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Spectrum-Controls such as SOI200MOD120A16K232 equipment made by Spectrum-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spectrum-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spectrum-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WRIK273 made by Ward-Leonard as well as the popular 92317 original spares produced by Tempo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BHR125TH by Hartman and SOI200MOD120A16K232 spares by Spectrum-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3000TA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teledyne. |
