COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive DFT71C4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electromatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electromatic such as the EMSR3AE10085104 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS2020LPPA340A manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E48097700322E4809770035E4809770331 by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dieterich-Standard Brand EFWF13480 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as DS3800NPSF1C1B equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS215TCEAG1BZZ01A made by Ge as well as the popular E2WEI original spares produced by Nobel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EMB014AF104 by Nsk and DS3800NPSF1C1B spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EpsilonindexingservodriveControlTechniq Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
