COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semikron SKKL210/18E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eupec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vicor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eupec such as the TZ500N18KOF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TM200EZH manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VIB6YCU by Manufacturer Vicor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Acme-Electric Brand T153011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Validyne such as TC243E4859D1801 equipment made by Validyne have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Validyne products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Validyne" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SKM400GAL176D made by Semikron as well as the popular TMC420 original spares produced by Telesis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SYS63TEMR by Borries and TC243E4859D1801 spares by Validyne are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRDAMH6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motoman-/-Yaskawa. |
