COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance P56H6328M-GF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the N56372H00AA193532 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT40DXHSS256N128TGD4XSC14S5 manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NB1423FRMTW179 by Manufacturer Mts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Skf Brand NU324ECJC3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as MTB4090ALYCEH036510013B equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSMAQ21A1A made by Panasonic as well as the popular MPM892R1201 original spares produced by Custom-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N416X by Carlhen-Electric and MTB4090ALYCEH036510013B spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OAS6612CTEP24V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa. |
