COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pilz PNOZ/324VDC5S1O1W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Spot products, including obsoleted and phased-out Takamisawa-Japan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Seg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Spot such as the 01156C01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NA5WKcoil5VDC manufactured by Takamisawa-Japan and we are pleased to be able to service most Takamisawa-Japan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SYSP22050 by Manufacturer Seg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand 915F4837 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pilz such as PNOZX324VACDC774310 equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pilz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pilz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T92S7A2224 made by Te-Connectivity as well as the popular 6ES73525AH007XG0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5RO10000SSIL by Sigma and PNOZX324VACDC774310 spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3S10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz. |
