COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi F-10ER-U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cincinnati products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Boston-Gear product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati such as the I21S15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FTU441A manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F73260B7G by Manufacturer Boston-Gear as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand FX2N8ER in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as IC200UDR005BC equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HND3800T32W made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular FDB3015LB02A1L1LPK original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC693MDL742D by Fanuc and IC200UDR005BC spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GP64526G1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Burndy. |
