COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi CM800DU-12H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ramsey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS3860HCMC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D07110AE101 manufactured by Ramsey and we are pleased to be able to service most Ramsey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPCCPP160A by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand DDC012N200ADL1101FW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ronan such as DET7471024 equipment made by Ronan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ronan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ronan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3820MAUC1B1A made by Ge as well as the popular DS200IMCPG1AEA original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3815CCMD by Ge and DET7471024 spares by Ronan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS3800NSCC1E1D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
