COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi CM150TF-12H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasnac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CPCRMR154K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CN05CPS150F manufactured by Yasnac and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasnac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CVX0260BE0SDNNA by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has S7-300f Brand CPU317F2PNDP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omega such as DP80 equipment made by Omega have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omega products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omega" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CT001 made by Sanyo as well as the popular DDS021W200DS1300 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D65UB002840 by Mitsubishi and DP80 spares by Omega are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CQM1AD041 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
