COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi CM150DC-24NFM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eupec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Polysonics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eupec such as the DF75LA160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCT6088 manufactured by Polysonics and we are pleased to be able to service most Polysonics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DDS021W025DS0102FW by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand CQM1AD041 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as CMIRVCA0011JAA equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DR45AT1100000000000P0001 made by Honeywell as well as the popular CPCCPP160A original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM200HA24 by Mitsubishi and CMIRVCA0011JAA spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM200DY12NF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
