COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi CM100DU-12F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beckhoff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Klockner-Moeller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the DC2024S5H000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CX1000N000CX10010021CX1000COOL manufactured by Beckhoff and we are pleased to be able to service most Beckhoff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DILM82022RA250 by Manufacturer Klockner-Moeller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS200KLDBG1ABC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as DKC0230407FW equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM1200E4C34N made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular CM800HA34H original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DRT2MD16TA by Omron and DKC0230407FW spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS200GDPAG1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
