COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi AJ65BTB2-16R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Redington products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rhomberg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omega product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Redington such as the 21006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AT110230AD manufactured by Rhomberg and we are pleased to be able to service most Rhomberg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CN101 by Manufacturer Omega as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand EM4AIRTD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moore such as 0MMRS485U1830DC equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6075TE2B made by Moog as well as the popular MXB00170 original spares produced by Tempco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A6K125R by Shawmut and 0MMRS485U1830DC spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES74501AP000AE0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
