COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leach ZC-B9X-012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schweitzer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 78439R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS869FB8 manufactured by Sel and we are pleased to be able to service most Sel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1102043X56XXXHXX by Manufacturer Schweitzer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6ES71324HB100AB0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pilz such as PNOZX9 equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pilz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pilz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RB2A115N866 made by Jennings as well as the popular CMOVE1250 original spares produced by Leybold Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DRC810DT by Philips-Dynalite and PNOZX9 spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS25323D2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leach. |
