COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leach M83726/28-1000S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schleicher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pickard--Burns product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leach such as the TDH81032001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SNO2012120 manufactured by Schleicher and we are pleased to be able to service most Schleicher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A36373 by Manufacturer Pickard--Burns as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand 884110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ancor such as 900ACM6VAM110 equipment made by Ancor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ancor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ancor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3TK2804OBB4 made by Siemens as well as the popular SE00110 original spares produced by Sensall Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3RH11222JC40 by Siemens and 900ACM6VAM110 spares by Ancor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original APDTPBCA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mori-Seiki. |
