COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Label Aire 40091 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the MTCBSB2015H56M13ANDSB2016H82R04ANDSB2044 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6ES73411AH020AE0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC1662E by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Samtec Brand SMS11001SS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jennings such as RB2A115N866 equipment made by Jennings have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jennings products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jennings" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3TK67170BB4 made by Siemens as well as the popular IBIL24DO8MAC original spares produced by Phoenix Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6DD16064AB0 by Siemens and RB2A115N866 spares by Jennings are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES73228BF000AB0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
