COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen TT-2952-4051-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Van-Der-Graaf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Introl-Design parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Van-Der-Graaf such as the TM127A25434 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SL97A107JE1000MN manufactured by Introl-Design and we are pleased to be able to service most Introl-Design systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMMA2C3FJ12 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nord Brand SK90161AZ71S4CUS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shibaura-Toshiba-Ssa-f17150n such as SSAF17150N equipment made by Shibaura-Toshiba-Ssa-f17150n have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shibaura-Toshiba-Ssa-f17150n products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shibaura-Toshiba-Ssa-f17150n" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SP100S made by Alpha as well as the popular SGMGV30D3A61 original spares produced by Yasakawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMPH15A1AY11 by Yaskawa and SSAF17150N spares by Shibaura-Toshiba-Ssa-f17150n are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SP1005MF2251G12S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Witenstein. |
