COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Joslyn Clark X5U6-2-76 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 051490 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4RK25RGNAM manufactured by Oriental-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPM2B32C2DRD by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand LR9F7581 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leach such as 92748815 equipment made by Leach have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leach products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leach" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 24T7352 made by Lexmark as well as the popular UM8RELSI2114PLC original spares produced by Phoenix Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PKBM15A200240796730 by Pilz and 92748815 spares by Leach are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RS869FB8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sel. |
