COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Joslyn Clark 5UH2-2-76 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 0520023 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7SJ62154EP003FE0DD manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PADSI8004096I5VDC by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Master-Specialties Brand 452100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Minster-Machine such as 4900114 equipment made by Minster-Machine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Minster-Machine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Minster-Machine" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 101578 made by Parko-Electronics as well as the popular FMH1 original spares produced by Micro-Switch-Control Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G3PE545B3N by Omron and 4900114 spares by Minster-Machine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7705581G1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lockheed-Martin. |
