COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gould M124-B3BA-900F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the K42HLFMLNKNS00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISM31AF63L4 manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JMEWDM3559T by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mavilor Brand M030000220SERMSS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Brook such as LR1059 equipment made by Brook have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brook products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brook" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M13021223 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular HD30SM2004SE original spares produced by Ledex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the m13021215 by Giddings--Lewis and LR1059 spares by Brook are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KA37DT80K4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
