COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc DS200FCRLG1AFC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ecg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nidek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Foxboro product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ecg such as the FC70AL1C6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EC2MBIBAO4B manufactured by Nidek and we are pleased to be able to service most Nidek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature fbm241c by Manufacturer Foxboro as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atlas-Capco Brand ETDS75013CTADS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yokogawa such as DX23022A3F1S13NSS equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ECF9NH3 made by Honeywell as well as the popular ECNT440 original spares produced by B--B-Electrinics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FC2AC16A1 by Idec and DX23022A3F1S13NSS spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EXCEL100B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
