COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electromatic SL 150 024 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Inductoheat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gordos-Solid-state-I/o-Module-Pb-24 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Inductoheat such as the 31035225 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 369HIR0000E manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2085406620 by Manufacturer Gordos-Solid-state-I/o-Module-Pb-24 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has General-Electric Brand PQMA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kilovac such as PD150XA57 equipment made by Kilovac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kilovac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kilovac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G4480002 made by Eurotherm as well as the popular IC2820D300B13 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 121AC53A3A by General-Electric and PD150XA57 spares by Kilovac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TGSR12D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
