COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Browning PN2450-8002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Norgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mycom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Norgen such as the DC92080M1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UPS503CPN manufactured by Mycom and we are pleased to be able to service most Mycom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 174923 by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji Brand RYC101D3VVT2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Noregren such as RC9205N230 equipment made by Noregren have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Noregren products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Noregren" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SV055iP5A4NE made by Ls as well as the popular FX0N16EX original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 365P2301C by De-tec-tronic and RC9205N230 spares by Noregren are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BDS4A106J0001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
