COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 2711P-K12C4A1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xycom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fuji product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the 3S7700PB103F1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3612T36120013110004001 manufactured by Xycom and we are pleased to be able to service most Xycom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2DI150Z100E by Manufacturer Fuji as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 39PKH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emerson such as 3051TG1A2B21AB4S1Q4 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3HCC made by American as well as the popular 3TF68440CS7 original spares produced by Furnas Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 31308107 by Unico and 3051TG1A2B21AB4S1Q4 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2MBI75F120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
