COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the World Encoders PHD-100-E-6-L-EN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wpc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yamaha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Xiris product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wpc such as the 80010900 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Q2GA04006VXS2C manufactured by Yamaha and we are pleased to be able to service most Yamaha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ID1500HEAD by Manufacturer Xiris as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand 7LVB014CX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as CACRSR05SZ1SSY85 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CACRPR made by Yaskawa as well as the popular PEWW7518365TC original spares produced by Worldwide Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CACR1R44SFBY8 by Yaskawa and CACRSR05SZ1SSY85 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SCR2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yamaha. |
