COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Western Design LDH-S1-3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lighttech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the MPFLX460120X40A15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N116XMDG manufactured by Lighttech and we are pleased to be able to service most Lighttech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD112BN030N2M130PB1 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smc Brand NZMBA1KT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Giddings--Lewis such as M10169491 equipment made by Giddings--Lewis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Giddings--Lewis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Giddings--Lewis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LEDUV395LA290XD6XQ made by Banner as well as the popular MPLB4540FSJ22AA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC4U00306 by Acs and M10169491 spares by Giddings--Lewis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NPSTE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nikki-Densko. |
