COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Waukesha Cherry-burrell M38BP820805 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gettys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings-Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the M19184F1034 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M321P70AT0CCAH manufactured by Gettys and we are pleased to be able to service most Gettys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HSM430B90 by Manufacturer Giddings-Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Golden-Motor Brand HPM20KW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as JMM3709T equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HU80B4 made by Renold as well as the popular M131H60B9Y0FCH original spares produced by Gould Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LA70902AA112 by Siemens and JMM3709T spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JUTFB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
