COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Watson Marlow Watson Marlow 400 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Advantage products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ziatech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Applied-Materials product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantage such as the MGCF4EX2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZT222601 manufactured by Ziatech and we are pleased to be able to service most Ziatech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 019024484 by Manufacturer Applied-Materials as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sonardyne Brand WidebandBOP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westronics such as ZB10071701 equipment made by Westronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BTL5A11M0305BS32 made by Balluff as well as the popular C04T8L23 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1320000040 by Adept and ZB10071701 spares by Westronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FII430600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
