COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warner Linear K2XG10-12V-08 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wonst products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wedgewood parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner-Linear product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wonst such as the M12CUUG0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 38746U manufactured by Wedgewood and we are pleased to be able to service most Wedgewood systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M1D0240100A02LN by Manufacturer Warner-Linear as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weg Brand SSW70312T5SZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Windy-Nation such as ACT2pcsXinMBRKSSWTCHX equipment made by Windy-Nation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Windy-Nation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Windy-Nation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WS6 made by Welker as well as the popular MT6100iV2 original spares produced by Weintek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZW6003 by Wenglor and ACT2pcsXinMBRKSSWTCHX spares by Windy-Nation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BG241 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weschler-Instruments. |
