COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warner Linear K2EP1.4G10-115V-BRL-10AIT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weinview parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner-Linear product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the A204A2ABABT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT8121T manufactured by Weinview and we are pleased to be able to service most Weinview systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K2G3024VBR18R120 by Manufacturer Warner-Linear as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Whedco Brand CMC00012B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as SSW70024T5SZ equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LP050M015111000 made by Wittenstein as well as the popular 10687352 original spares produced by Weg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSW70061T5SZ by Weg and SSW70024T5SZ spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JAMTD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
