COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warner Electric 7600-448-001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wenglor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weintek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wenglor such as the FIS00030135 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TK670i manufactured by Weintek and we are pleased to be able to service most Weintek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EXSSW70255T5SH1Z by Manufacturer Weg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wittenstein Brand ESAI013S048C9401002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Watlow such as DB3060F00000 equipment made by Watlow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Watlow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Watlow" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FF14802 made by Weatherhead as well as the popular 38746U original spares produced by Wedgewood Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CB10050201 by Westronics and DB3060F00000 spares by Watlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SSW060255T227ESZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weg. |
