COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vision Tools C15-N10F-D1860 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Welker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wago product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Welker such as the WP2N050A020D001A000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSW7071T5SZ manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 852103 by Manufacturer Wago as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Volkmann Brand 72233G2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weintek such as MT250D equipment made by Weintek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weintek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weintek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2D33398G02 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular 2246D22G01 original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XN96VBH3 by Wenglor and MT250D spares by Weintek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5879C98G02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
