COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the View Engineering 2107800- parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vne-Actuators--Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Visolux parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wenglor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vne-Actuators--Automation such as the 7781J36205 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D7875 manufactured by Visolux and we are pleased to be able to service most Visolux systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XW100PA3 by Manufacturer Wenglor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wandel-And-Goltermann Brand ANT20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wer-Electrostat such as 259AT equipment made by Wer-Electrostat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wer-Electrostat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wer-Electrostat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCS2005 made by Warner-Electric as well as the popular 922A5BB0B000 original spares produced by Watlow Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 894051812 by Warner--Swasey and 259AT spares by Wer-Electrostat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VMIVME7648 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vmic. |
