COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Motors U20P2G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vickers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vutek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Valvcon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the DG4V32CMFWB660 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AA90698 manufactured by Vutek and we are pleased to be able to service most Vutek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ADCW600L2KS115A by Manufacturer Valvcon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Verex Brand 1208151 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Valvcon such as VW600KS2S115A equipment made by Valvcon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Valvcon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Valvcon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VACON0010 made by Vacon as well as the popular M2708 original spares produced by Vernitron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 41021889000D by Vat and VW600KS2S115A spares by Valvcon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V353EB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vicon. |
