COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Gearmotor / Baldor CBN3122SB316U56C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Motor-Base products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Motor-Base such as the BASE324C2AD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BGFM15010TG2C manufactured by Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CBN2203SB3U56NM by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand BZ262982 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marathon such as BVF56H17T5301BP equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B90H1010NUZ made by Reliance as well as the popular BE232DJKMSN original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B77Y6672 by Reliance and BVF56H17T5301BP spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLMC50J30TB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
