COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Electric E756-50-X01W327R078M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dosatron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dosatron such as the D14MZ1014GPM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFSM2030B502A manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CESSWDM3613T by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mdrive Brand DSMS34F2B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumuller such as DS56L equipment made by Baumuller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumuller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumuller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM4400T made by Baldor as well as the popular DFT80N4ES1SR37AM80DT80N4ES1S original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CGP31TR by Gould and DS56L spares by Baumuller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM7056T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
