COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Electric 405TS DP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 35P673Z170G1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 24E547W160G1 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36H017X882 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 26S15R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Qmc-Tech such as 33DCM17371 equipment made by Qmc-Tech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Qmc-Tech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Qmc-Tech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2402PC3DHOHL made by Nippon as well as the popular 35S20L original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3900HCFO150W by Illumination-Technologies and 33DCM17371 spares by Qmc-Tech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 21EW4D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leroy-Somer. |
