COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Electric 1547 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Usem product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the X5C40250C09 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 670EC24CPAJY1 manufactured by Vat and we are pleased to be able to service most Vat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U25P1DCR by Manufacturer Usem as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vectrol Brand 913271 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Venjakab such as FPDIS equipment made by Venjakab have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Venjakab products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Venjakab" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available U5E3D made by Us-Emerson as well as the popular VAC0NX4C40020C original spares produced by Vacon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HD125P2F by Us-Motors and FPDIS spares by Venjakab are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M15015UAAA00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Va-Tech. |
