COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Universal Instruments Ets ETS540063002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Viatran parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Video-Jet product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motors such as the U1P3DC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3745CBD manufactured by Viatran and we are pleased to be able to service most Viatran systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP7175 by Manufacturer Video-Jet as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Valvcon Brand CS300XS2TE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vishay such as TWXFZ106266 equipment made by Vishay have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vishay products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vishay" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 930921 made by Ushio as well as the popular HD15P3E original spares produced by Us-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC785DF by Vdh and TWXFZ106266 spares by Vishay are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TM160B30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Van-Der-Graaf. |
