COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Universal Instruments Corp. 8222-41228601-9034 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vipa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valmet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ushio product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vipa such as the 5643V12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PHC8080 manufactured by Valmet and we are pleased to be able to service most Valmet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Electrical by Manufacturer Ushio as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vacon Brand VACONX4C50020C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Up-Unipo such as R115 equipment made by Up-Unipo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Up-Unipo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Up-Unipo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ZZCXU009120175258516 made by Vevor as well as the popular DG4V36CMU760EN134 original spares produced by Vickers Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CL7 by Us-Motors and R115 spares by Up-Unipo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HD20P2E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Us-Motors. |
