COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the United Electric 802-6BS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Viatran products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wika parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Uwt product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Viatran such as the 3475AC2AAA20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C02012300PSI manufactured by Wika and we are pleased to be able to service most Wika systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NW4030LC02PPZ by Manufacturer Uwt as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vibra-metrics Brand model124 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wenglor such as YM22PA2 equipment made by Wenglor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wenglor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wenglor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LS10ESR made by Banner as well as the popular HPQD original spares produced by Yamatake Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 65UX by Vega and YM22PA2 spares by Wenglor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 179C708G06 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
