COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Unit Celerity UFC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Drives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Up-Unipo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motors such as the HD30P1E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E40030N1F manufactured by Us-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LRIXR1450200 by Manufacturer Up-Unipo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vickers Brand DG4V32CMFWB660 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ushio such as Electrical equipment made by Ushio have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ushio products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ushio" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1547 made by Us-Electric as well as the popular MET391CXZxx original spares produced by Vega Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FGFDG00471530696123 by Vevor and Electrical spares by Ushio are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 510BMSX651 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Viatran. |
