COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ultratech Stepper 13-20-00761 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Valmet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vartech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Valmet such as the 181585DPU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U5P2DC manufactured by Us-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VTPC190R3 by Manufacturer Vartech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vevor Brand fgd7006351510034124 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Universal-Instruments such as 44308902 equipment made by Universal-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Universal-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Universal-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NXP02055A2H0SSSA1A2 made by Vacon as well as the popular GIREW071415373127 original spares produced by Vevor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT18R by Vartech and 44308902 spares by Universal-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original U15P1DFC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Us-Motors. |
