COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ultratech Stepper 081297G3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Unitronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vacon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Velconic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Unitronics such as the V280 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NXP00615A2H1SSSA1A2 manufactured by Vacon and we are pleased to be able to service most Vacon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VLASV by Manufacturer Velconic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Drives Brand 30004010440 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Uryu such as UNR equipment made by Uryu have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uryu products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uryu" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PW2LX05S made by Veris as well as the popular LXQIC0714215783725 original spares produced by Vevor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V1210 by Unitronics and UNR spares by Uryu are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JZ1011T10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unitronics. |
