COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ultratech Stepper 04-08-00636 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valmet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vacon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motors such as the WDS32P2AFCR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PIC0940200 manufactured by Valmet and we are pleased to be able to service most Valmet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VACONX4C2075C by Manufacturer Vacon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Valmet Brand 4190B10090 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vacon such as NXP00106A2L0SSSA1A20000CP equipment made by Vacon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vacon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vacon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GIREW071415373127 made by Vevor as well as the popular GSM original spares produced by Universal-Instruments Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100G5L1R4 by Uticor and NXP00106A2L0SSSA1A20000CP spares by Vacon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 46088608 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Universal-Instruments-Corporation. |
