COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ultratech Stepper 01-20-01165 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ultratech-Stepper products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unipulse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vacon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ultratech-Stepper such as the 081297G3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F805 manufactured by Unipulse and we are pleased to be able to service most Unipulse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 00201L00041R02 by Manufacturer Vacon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vaisala Brand HMP7E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Universal-Systems-Se such as C100568 equipment made by Universal-Systems-Se have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Universal-Systems-Se products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Universal-Systems-Se" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 43281401003 made by Unisys as well as the popular TM160B30 original spares produced by Van-Der-Graaf Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 603356 by Unitorq and C100568 spares by Universal-Systems-Se are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMM30C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vaisala. |
