COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ultratech Stepper 01-15-06778 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Unipower products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unisys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Unipower such as the 14000280009 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 32737181 manufactured by Unisys and we are pleased to be able to service most Unisys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CL7 by Manufacturer Us-Motors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vertiv Brand GT3HD50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unico such as 3122031 equipment made by Unico have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unico products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unico" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available d770061221510034124 made by Vevor as well as the popular SWING63XAGAVXPR original spares produced by Vega Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MA4009W1S4RS by Velmex and 3122031 spares by Unico are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V050072S110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vacon. |
