COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ultratech Stepper 01-15-04744 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Drives-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Universal-Instrumentsd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Unisys product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Drives-Inc such as the D4045VTN12DF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 47627701 manufactured by Universal-Instrumentsd and we are pleased to be able to service most Universal-Instrumentsd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41422700 by Manufacturer Unisys as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vega Brand VEGAMET in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Motors such as HD20P2EC equipment made by Us-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VW600KS2TN115AC made by Valvcon as well as the popular 2IB763123101I original spares produced by Unipo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100GPL06M2R0 by Uticor and HD20P2EC spares by Us-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VTPC150PSS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vartech. |
