COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors EZ20S1HZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Festo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the DXE430W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EMMSAS100SRS manufactured by Festo and we are pleased to be able to service most Festo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EM41031 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lenze Brand D32699 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ac-Autotech-Controls such as E5NB10248NPDE equipment made by Ac-Autotech-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ac-Autotech-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ac-Autotech-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DC513 made by Omni as well as the popular EM4308T original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EF0UP by Hitachi and E5NB10248NPDE spares by Ac-Autotech-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EM4115T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
